In order to get a quote or enroll for coverage you'll need your login credentials listed below. Upon providing your login credentials a Multi-Factor Authentication code will need to be sent to your email or cell phone.
Username: Work Email
PIN: Last 4 digits of your Employee ID Number + Full birth year.
Please note: You will also need your routing and bank account number for the monthly ACH premium payment information when completing your enrollment.
Here is how to find your Employee ID Number
- For SCA employees (including employees of SEL, SOLA, SMP, DADC), log into Workday via the HRconnect home page. Navigate to Workday > Profile (in the top right corner) > View Profile > Personal > IDs. Your Global ID is under the section called Other IDs near the bottom of the page.
- For SIE employees, log into Workday via Okta and navigate to Personal Information > About Me > Personal. Your Global ID is under the section called Other IDs near the bottom of the page and begins with a number.
- For SME employees, log in to UKG Pro and click on Myself > Personal > Employee Summary
- For SPE employees, log into Workday from mySPE located under Popular Links. From the homepage, click on My Employee Dashboard in the “Your Top Apps” tile.
